Makstelar’s production team doesn’t just manufacture standard products; we also offer customized solutions. For example, load test bags tailored to specific capacities, salvage bags optimized for shallow water, or water tanks designed for narrow spaces can all be developed upon request. All fabrics used in production are UV-resistant, marine-grade, and chemically durable, sourced from certified European suppliers. All fittings and hardware are made from stainless or galvanized steel, ensuring long service life.

Each product's manufacturing process includes raw material control, cutting planning, hot air welding, stitching and reinforcement, final testing, and packaging. Water-retaining products (tanks, weight bags, barriers) undergo sealing and strength tests. Every product is tested in the workshop before field deployment. Export-bound items are prepared in accordance with international certification procedures before shipment.

Makstelar’s production strength is seamlessly integrated with engineering support. Through technical drawings and 3D models, product development is carried out transparently and collaboratively.
