Makstelar water weight load test balloons are used in the control tests of all kinds of lifting devices such as cranes and davits on land and sea. Different tonnage products are available with lifting capacities from 1 ton to 250 tons. Weight water test balloons are produced by combining parts with high quality imported PVC coated fabrics with special welding technique. The rope placement surrounding the entire body ensures that the load is distributed evenly and test safety is increased. Thanks to the water discharge center equipment used at the joints of the parts, in addition to increasing durability, the water discharge time is also shortened. The water discharge equipment positioned at the joints of the parts balances the center of gravity and allows the ropes to move more easily in order to eliminate a possible loss of balance during the test. The highest quality products such as heavy load resistant special PVC coated fabrics and 316L steel filling and discharge products that comply with European standards are used in our water weight test balloons.
